A personal favourite of mine! A vanilla cupcake is filled with a mango compote, topped with a mango cream cheese frosting and fresh mango slices*.

Fresh chopped mango and raspberries are baked into this cupcake, then topped with fresh mango puree Italian meringue buttercream and drizzled with raspberry sauce*.
My adaptation of my favourite baked goodie, the Swedish cinnamon scroll (Kanelbullar). A vanilla cupcake is baked with a swirl of cinnamon and brown sugar, topped with a brown sugar and cinnamon buttercream and dusted with cinnamon sugar.
Peanut Butter & Cookie-dough Overload

Definitely not for the diabetics. This rich chocolate cupcake is topped with a layer of chocolate ganache which holds in place, a tower of caramel popcorn smothered in salted caramel and chopped peanuts, drizzled with more salted caramel and melted dark chocolate.

A dark chocolate cupcake with a peanut chocolate chip cookie dough filling is topped with toasted marshmallow frosting.
